Obviously, since you will be technically living in a resort, if you live in Anya Residences, you are also entitled to most, if not all, of the perks that the guests also enjoy. Even though the mercury in Tagaytay rarely rises to barely hot temperatures, just knowing that there are a couple of swimming pools within walking distance of your home is a comforting thought.
